Wearing 9 length: A length that covers the ankle, giving a long leggings feel.

Wearing 8.5 length: A length that falls just at the ankle, fitting perfectly for shorter heights.

I usually find 9/10 length leggings too long, which makes me look shorter, so I used to alter them. 

But the 8.5/10 length falls just right, just like I had them tailored.

For those under 160cm, I highly recommend the 8.5/10 length leggings as they create the effect of longer legs!
